Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Since all our products are individually handmade to order especially for you, there are no refunds and no exchanges. EXCEPTION IS: the defective items (due to the production & quality control mistake) and in a rare case of shipping a wrong item.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted via email to email@example.com within 7 days from the original delivery date. Please include a couple of good quality photos of the damaged item (please take the photos during the daylight). If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED ITEMS
If the customer provides shipping address that is considered insufficient by the courier or does not pick up the item, the shipment will be returned to our facility and then reshipped to the customer's correct address at customer's cost. The customer will be contacted via email to provide the correct address.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please note that if the item has not been shipped yet, we can still change the shipping address for you, please ACT QUICKLY and submit the correct address ASAP.
Since every product is made to order especially for you we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges. There are accurate size charts provided in every listing. Please make sure to consult them and make all the necessary measurements to ensure a great fit. It is responsibility of the customer to consult the provided size charts and to choose the right size. If the customer wants a different size, in this case, an entirely new order, at customer's full expense, would need to be placed for an updated size. If you do have questions about sizing please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to guide you and help you chose the correct size.
REFUNDING DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In cases of a production defect, please send us with a digital image of the product (along with a clear description of the problem) to the following an email: email@example.com PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If it was a production mistake and you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that all items are made to order and they get into production very fast (approx. within a couple of hours after the order was placed), once the item is in production unfortunately we are unable to cancel & refund your order. If you would like to cancel your order please make sure to act fast and to send us the cancellation request ASAP to firstname.lastname@example.org
WRONG ITEM WAS RECEIVED
If you ordered one item but received another one (that includes the cases if you received a different size than you ordered), please contact us at email@example.com asap and we'll reship you your correct order asap. We will also ask you to ship us the wrong item at our cost.
ITEMS ON SALE
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
